1. Introduction

ASOIQ (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the ASOIQ ASO dashboard (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

App and keyword data

You provide us with App Store / Google Play bundle IDs or package names, and keyword lists. This data is stored to provide the ranking and audit features of the Service.

Usage and log data

We collect standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security, debugging, and aggregate analytics. It is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data — see stripe.com/privacy.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To send you transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, rank-alert digests you configure).
• To detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Keyword ranking history is stored for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@asoiq.com.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The Service uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as aggregate page-view counters) that do not identify individual users.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following sub-processors:

• Vercel — hosting and serverless compute.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Turso / libsql — database hosting (if deployed to cloud).

These services have their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We choose providers that offer strong data-protection guarantees.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if we become aware of a breach we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights please contact hello@asoiq.com.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes we will notify registered users by email.
