1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ASOIQ (“Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ASOIQ.

2. Description of Service

ASOIQ provides App Store Optimisation (ASO) tools including keyword rank tracking, metadata auditing, competitor analysis, and related features for mobile app publishers. The Service is provided “as is” and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.

3. Accounts and Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One account per person or legal entity unless you have written permission from us.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or as described at checkout. Prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing settings page. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period; we do not issue prorated refunds for unused time except where required by applicable law.

Free plans are subject to usage limits described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape excessively, or interfere with the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with others or resell access.
  • Upload or transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
  • Use the Service to violate Apple's App Store or Google Play developer policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks associated with ASOIQ are our property or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You retain all rights to your own data (keyword lists, app identifiers, notes). By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ranking data will be accurate or complete.

App Store and Google Play rankings are fetched from public sources. We are not affiliated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASOIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in behaviour we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination your data will be deleted within 30 days except where we are required to retain it by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date and notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
